NAS Law Firm Launch Announcement

We are pleased and excited to announce the launch of the new law firm of NASHEF, AUN, SHABAN & CO. (NAS). Founded by partners Abed Elrahim Nashef, Khaled Aun, and Hisham Shaban, NAS is a 'one-stop-shop' for businesses, corporations, entrepreneurs, investors, and other clients seeking reliable and reputable legal services.

Operating from offices in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Nof Hagalil, NAS brings together a diverse range of practices: corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation, real estate, planning and construction, hi-tech & venture capital, labor law, tax law and nonprofit organizations.

Adv. Nashef has 15 years of experience as a corporate attorney providing legal counseling in cross-border transactions, general corporate work, joint ventures, IP, M&As, investments, and commercialization of technologies. He is NAS' managing partner and leads its Corporate & Commercial practices.

Adv. Aun is an experienced litigator representing clients in various courts and legal proceedings involving commercial and labor disputes. He leads the Commercial & Civil Litigation practices.

Adv. Shaban specializes in real estate and zoning and construction. He is also a certified Urban Planner (Technion). He leads the Real Estate & Construction and Zoning practices.
